There are two kinds of feedback boards at Wantoo. The first is the default which is public. Public boards can be seen by anyone who has access to the link. Anyone who logs in to the board can add ideas, vote for ideas and comment. Boards can also be set to be private which means that only invited users can see and engage with the board.
How do I set up a public board?
By default every new Wantoo board is public so setting one up is just a matter of creating a new board.
How do I make a board private?
Making a board private is done through the board settings. If you're logged in as an administrator, go to the board you want to make public and go to 'settings'. Then choose the 'private' option shown below.
How do I invite people to join the board?
You can add members to both public and private boards. Private boards will only be visible to people who log in with an email that is part of the invite list. You can put someone on the invite list by clicking on 'invite members' link in the drop down menu at the top of the page. This will take you to a page where you can drop in a comma separated list of emails, customize the message and send out invitations.
